Education:

1999: graduated with honors from the Kyiv State Technical School of Light Industry, majoring in “Accounting”, qualified as an accountant.

2003: graduated with honors from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” majoring in “Jurisprudence”, received the qualification of a lawyer.

2004: Graduated from the Kyiv National University of Economics majoring in Finance, received a master’s degree in finance. He has been a certified auditor since 2004.

2008: Ph. D. in Law, dissertation on the topic “Administrative and legal regulation of communal management” (defended on February 28, 2008 at the specialized academic council of the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; financial law; information law ).

2015: Doctor of Law, in the specialized academic council of the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he defended his dissertation on the specialty 12.00.07 “Administrative law and process; finance law; information law” on the topic “Administrative and legal regulation of state property management in Ukraine”.

Practical experience, expert and public activities:

He has been working at the Faculty of Sociology and Law since 2008. From 2016 to 2019, he headed the Department of Economic and Administrative Law.

In April 2019, he was appointed a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
